As it wraps up its first season, we see once more how Noah Hawley is rapidly becoming the auteur to reckon with of the small screen. The question isn’t whether you’ve been watching but more like why not if you haven’t as I know for myself I wasn’t looking forward to it or expecting great things but LEGION has quickly become appointment television:
Oh, and by the way, this sequence with Aubrey Plaza does a coupe of things, it shows how good Plaza is at playing bad, does an incredible job of being stylistic in the way it marries music and image and just confirms everything I thought was telegraphed early on in the series.
